It’s official …
Cheadle Heath Primary School is a GOOD school with an “outstanding curriculum”!
Welcome to Cheadle Heath Primary where we strive to ensure that every child succeeds and learns through a rich, stimulating curriculum. I am immensely proud to be Headteacher of a school where staff work hard to fulfil our mission statement by providing an exciting, engaging curriculum and where children work hard to be the best they can be. On behalf of pupils, teachers, parents and governors, I would like to thank you for your interest in our school and officially welcome you to our school website. I hope you enjoy browsing and find lots of useful information. Remember to keep coming back as the website is regularly updated. You can read all the newsletters for the current year by clicking on the ‘Communication’ tab.
Cheadle Heath Primary has been judged to be a GOOD school with an “OUTSTANDING curriculum” by Ofsted in July 2016. It is a school where everyone is a learner and where everyone matters. We are committed to giving our children high aspirations and aim to provide a happy, stimulating and secure environment; an environment in which they will develop into independent and life-long learners. We believe that children should not be restricted to a narrow curriculum, which was recognised by Ofsted (July 2016): “curriculum is outstanding … [it] is exceptionally well enhanced.”
I am always pleased to show prospective parents round during the school day so that you can see the wide and varied learning opportunities that we offer first hand. If you are considering applying for a place at Cheadle Heath then please do not hesitate to contact us on (0161) 428 2476. Alternatively come along to our open morning for prospective families on Wednesday 16th November between 9.30am and 11.30am. No need to book, just turn up! This session is relevant for parents with children starting Nursery or Reception in September 2017.
